Abak Robert the Resident District Commissioner Nebbi district officially opens the ICT and Multimedia Skilling for Youth training on 9 th April 2024 at Immaculate Hearts of Mary Nebbi Catholic Parish Church hall under the theme SKILLING YOUTH FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT.
