Abak Robert the Resident District Commissioner Nebbi district officially opens the ICT and Multimedia Skilling for Youth training on 9 th April 2024 at Immaculate Hearts of Mary Nebbi Catholic Parish Church hall under the theme SKILLING YOUTH FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT. Over 100 youths from different sub counties in Nebbi are participating in this training sponsored by Uganda Communications Commission partnering with Mediavision Academy a film and television training school in collaboration with Gretak Services Limited.
