MEDIAVISION ACADEMY®

Mediavision Academy was represented by the Director, Mr Nkambo Robert and the Director of Studies, Aloyo Annet in the #absa #7HillsRun which happened on Sunday, 28th May 2023.  Nkambo Robert, Director Aloyo annet, Director of Studies This run was purposely organised to keep the vulnerable girl child in school. Thousands of people participated and of which Mediavision Academy also chose to be part of this wonderful cause since one of our visions is to empower the youth most especially the girl child. A view of the people who participated in the #absa #7HillsRun Mediavision Academy has managed to make a number of documentaries about the girl child on how to keep them in school. Therefore, we would like to support any other initiative that talks about supporting a girl child because that gender should also be given priority.  Finally we thank ABSA Bank for organizing the run.  It is the 10th anniversary of the Uganda Film Festival which is an important milestone 10 years of awarding and recognizing all filmmakers in the film industry. This is an important milestone for the women as they also contribute to the growth of the industry because since 2o13-2023 we look at some of the female filmmakers who have done a tremendous job until the celebration of the 10th anniversary.
